Our Anti-Harassment Policy

TableFlip aims to create a safe, inclusive space for everyone to explore and play.

To this end, we will not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Beyond this, we ask that you go out of your way to be considerate, respectful and, above all, kind to your fellow attendees. We also ask that you let the organizers or volunteers know immediately if anyone is failing to live up to this policy.

Harassment includes verbal comments that reinforce social structures of domination (e.g. related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion), sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference, without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.

Thanks for complying with these rules and don't hesitate to speak to us directly, or email, with any questions or concerns.
